We are hopeful that we can have some form of normalcy for weddings now 3 years after a global pandemic! Although we are wanting to be mindful and safe, people still fall in love, move in together, get engaged—and plan for the big yes! They put countless hours on planning weddings and get married! But what changed in regards to how we plan the weddings and get married?

Wedding conventions have helped soon-to-be and newly-engaged couples and our wonderful Winnipeg wedding vendors find each other for decades. Now more than ever, it’s important to provide Manitobans who are planning their weddings and our incredible local talent with simple, yet easy opportunities to connect.

The 2023 Edition of Our Local Wedding Expo is coming back to being in-person which initially was created to capture an intimate, less overwhelming and curated expo. 

Whatever your Dream Wedding looks like,  our mission is to support local couples and wedding vendors by sharing our space for you to connect.

Some companies are able to keep afloat and some are drowning. There are some companies who flourished this summer with intimate weddings. We are implementing a “pay it forward” sponsorship program to help someone else in the industry. You can sponsor a company for the expo, do it anonymously or show the industry your generosity. We have to remember that we are all needed, no matter what our category and it takes a village!
